Your Love, Our Passion

My husband and I bring our 16 year old cat here. He’s a partial rescue and still has skittish feelings but he’s always so well taken care of and loved on when we bring him in. They are always so gentle with him. Because he’s getting up there in age I had concerns on what to expect from the next few years and any questions I had Dr. Michelle answered honestly and delicately for me. It’s always been my goal to find a vet that treats him with care and like family and I get that feeling from the team here. Nothing better than making sure your loved ones are in good hands. I am positive with their care I will have my baby for as long as possible.

The new clinic is probably the best I’ve ever been in with him. They gave separate cat rooms away from the dog rooms to help keep their stress down. Everything is so incredibly clean . Separate sitting areas for cats and dogs. It was enjoyable even just looking around. Always something cute to look at while you wait for your babies to come back to you.

I have always taken my dogs to UW Vet Clinic in Madison. They have been established patients there for many years. Recently, I made a trip out to Greendale Village Vet, and an entirely new bar has been set.

There’s a great line in the book, “Unreasonable Hospitality” that goes, “Hospitality is present when something happens for you. It is absent when something happens to you.” My dog and I have never felt more welcomed than we did when we stepped foot (and paws) through their front door. Greeted on the patient banner was my pet’s name and from the moment we stepped through the door, the attention, care and assistance received by EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. was the most amazing experience I have ever had. I will never go to any other vet! We’ve been taking our dog to Greendale Village Vet for the last two years and we’ve never had a bad experience. Our dog has needed two surgeries in the last year and the team has always been wonderful. Everyone is so kind and they clearly care about my pet. They encouraged me to search for the best pricing when considering surgery and provided other options, even if that meant taking our business elsewhere. I think their pricing is reasonable and they actively try to save me money. I am so grateful to Dr. Ellen Reinke and every single staff member on the team. From the receptionists, to the vet techs, and everyone in between, I couldn’t ask for a better vet team!
